I am not sure what the meaning of οὐ μὴ is, when followed by a subjonctive aorist, like in Genesis 3:1. Is it a strong negative, like "never" or something?

Thanks

Just as you say, it intensifies the negation. E.g. "You shall never, never eat", etc.
