How do you pronounce Epictetus?

As you write it, but with an o in the end, not the Latin u, that is: Epictetos.

First e as in English "egg"; i as in English "this"; second e as in English "is"; o as in English "pro".

Greetings.
Epictetus is a Latin rendering of the Greek.
To correctly spell and pronounce in Greek you need to use the Greek Alphabet. Επίκτητος. ie. Epiktitos, the accented is on 'i'.
