Θεοδρόμον ἀστέρα θεωρήσαντες μάγοι τῇ τούτου ἠκολούθησαν αἴγλῃ· καὶ ὡς λύχνον κρατοῦντες αὐτόν͵ δι΄ αὐτοῦ ἠρεύνων κραταιὸν ἄνακτα· καὶ φθάσαντες τὸν ἄφθαστον ἐχάρησαν αὐτῷ βοῶντες·
