I'm writing an essay for British Literature class on a topic that I think of when I look at David Copperfield. My topic is manipulation. I have three divisions in which I must put three ideas. My three divisions are: Social, Moral, and Intellectual. I have three ideas under Social, but am stuck on three ideas for Moral and Intellectual. Can anyone help me out? Not give me ideas, our school has a strict honor code. But anything that can prompt my thoughts. Thanks.

For both moral and intellectual manipulation, I suggest that you examine more closely the relationship between David and Mr Micawber, and to a lesser degree, Traddles and Micawber. For another moral, certainly the relationship between Mr Wickfield and Uriah Heep. And for intellectual, the relationship between David and Steerforth, and possibly David and the Murdstones. I'm curious - what are your three for social? Let me know if this was any help.
