Hello , everyone here
Have you ever heard of "Alpha and Omega " ?
The meaning of the words refer to the first and last letter of the Greek alphabet , which it the beginning and the end . It is easy to understand .
But the words in the Bible has something special , unfathomable to catch . ( they can be seen in "Revelatin " -- 1:8,21:6, 22:13 ---
Jesus , the Alpha, had no beginning . He existed before time .And He is not the end . He will continue to exist into the everlasting , neverending future .
In another words , He is the one who is , who was and who is to come . So He's the Alpha and the Omega .
Do you understand He, Almighty God , the only one who continue to live forever or believe it ?
I hope your opinion on it soon .
Thank you .

Hello Noota,
I think your message contains many fruitful remarks, like the one that links "the Alpha and the Omega" with "is, was and is to come". Alpha and Omega, First and Last, Beginning and the End, means above time, creating time and containing all time. Christ is a person containing all persons, all of us, making those who believe in Him divine, elevating them now and in eternity to His divine knowing.

Read you messages. Probably the most acute remarks on time are made by Heidegger in his "Time & Being". He just re-thinks Saint Augustin - there are three times in one - eternity (like three persons of God). Quite an elevated point of view, I think. What lacks is direct referance to theology. I think that Heidegger is indirectly the most important modern theologists.

Hi, Hannibal
I wonder when , how Jesus will come to us again .
In addition , is there any reason for it .
In my opinion , for those who believe in Him , Jesus keeps on living in their minds as their spiritual nourishment ( it might be called consolation ) , which could be given untold rewards .
So it must be hard to say when Jesus will come .
Anyway it is good for you " He is your Savior" . I hope good luck .
Ps Your name ; "Hannibal" is the name of the important area for Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain . Huck started his adventure from Hannibal .
Why don't you read this excited story if you have't try ?
It's a lot of fun !

Hi Nobuko,
Christ doesn't live in our minds only, He is our whole life - and He will come in person, not as an abstract concept or as a vast 'illumination', but in His person. I mean that this is what Hannibal meant, and he is right.

Hi friends,
I read the messages and I realized that all of us are longing for the second coming of our Lord.
The thing that seems to me crucial is that at the first arrival Jesus said that the day of Lord had came and we should repent from our sins. The Lord had come to this land, not just in our mind, but as the presence. The promices made to Apostles about the Holly Spirit show us that the day of Lord is today. And what keeps my attention while reading Bible (Old and New Testimonies as well) is that the Lord's message is always today (Today, if you hear these words, don't harden your heart). So, the conclusion is that our Lord is indeed with us.
The question about His second coming is of no importance for us right now - the day we die the Apiocalypses for us is.
That's why the Jesus is to come soon - and hope that all of us will be in Heavens.

Hi Absent-minded ,
Thanks for your comment on "Christ" . I really understand that Christ is our whole life . In addition to it , whether He is close to us or not depends on our way of thinking and attitude towards to Christ , I'm sure .
So those who believe in God should be the happiest in whole life and don't feel lonliness .
Now it's high time the world should reconsider what is the true happiness (spiritual satifaction is getting less and less as the high-technology is the most important nowadays ) .
